Diono® car seat covers can be removed and washed following the instructions on the care label and listed in the product manual. It is recommended that the cleaning product first be tried on a small section of car seat material that is not as easily visible to see if any discoloration appears before using it on the rest of the car seat.

Cleaning the car seat cover, harness pads, and buckle pads:
- Machine wash fabrics in cold water on a gentle cycle with mild detergents. Then dry flat and away from direct sunlight before re-use or storage.
- DO NOT bleach, iron, or dry clean fabric.
Cleaning the harness and buckle straps:
- Spot clean using warm water with mild detergent. Air dry completely before re-use or storage.
- DO NOT bleach or iron.
Cleaning plastics:
- Spot clean using warm water with mild detergent. Towel dry thoroughly before re-use or storage.
- DO NOT bleach.
- DO NOT soak or spray with a hose. Internal parts could rust.
Cleaning buckle and lower anchor connector hardware:
- Spot clean using warm water. Air dry completely before re-use or storage.
- DO NOT use detergents or lubricants
